  • Cancellation & Refunds: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Packing: While we offer packing services, you are responsible for ensuring that items requiring special handling (such as fragile or valuable items) are properly packed and identified.
  • Access & Preparation: You must ensure that the pick-up and delivery locations are accessible and that the premises are ready for moving. Starke Movers is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible locations or unprepared premises.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Damaged Items: We take great care to protect your items, but Starke Movers is not responsible for damage to items that are improperly packed by the customer or items that are inherently fragile or difficult to move (e.g., artwork, antiques).
  • Delays: We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen events.
  • Force Majeure: Starke Movers will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to acts of God, war, labor strikes, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Insurance

  • Basic Coverage: Starke Movers provides basic coverage for your items during transport. This coverage does not apply to high-value or fragile items unless additional insurance is purchased.
  • Additional Insurance: If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your belongings, you must request this at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring that your items are covered adequately.

8. Prohibited Items

Starke Movers will not transport hazardous materials or illegal items, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
  • Plants or perishable goods

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Florida. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court.
